SMS Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Program description

   By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS-consent box on a Guardian Angel Home Buyers form, you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from Guardian Angel Home Buyers ("we," "us"). This is a recurring messaging program tied to your inquiry about selling your property.

2. 2. Types of messages

   The messages you receive may include: a cash offer on your property; follow-up messages about the potential sale of your home; appointment confirmations and reminders; and responses to your questions (customer care). We will not text you for unrelated marketing purposes.

3. 3. Message frequency

   Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your inquiry.

4. 4. Cost

   Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

5. 5. Opt-out

   You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you any further texts. We honor STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, and similar requests. We will process opt-out requests promptly and no later than ten (10) business days after receipt.

   For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@guardianangelhomebuyers.com or (619) 313-6562. A HELP reply will return our business name and contact information.

7. 7. Consent not required

   Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving an offer on your property.

8. 8. Supported carriers

   Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others, are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. 9. Privacy

   Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; SMS opt-in and consent data will not be sold or shared with third parties or lead generators.

10. 10. Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is posted on this page. Last updated June 14, 2026.
